Yesterday was bitterly cold. It’s been like that lately, so cold, but yesterday it reached its peak. Or low point. Wind and snow and that aching, painful cold. I am turkey-ed out. There was the day of Thanksgiving turkey, the Day After Thanksgiving sandwiches (a little bit of everything on a crusty roll), homemade turkey stock on Friday, turkey stir-fry on Saturday and turkey ala king last night. Now we have leftovers from leftovers. It’s a vicious cycle. Will it ever end?
