After writing for nearly eight (!!) years at Diaryland, I decided it was time for a do-over. I’ll see how this goes.
I’m 36.
I’m married to a wicked cool man who makes the bed every morning, cleans the litter box and makes me laugh every day. We don’t have any children, but we’re working on it. June 2008 marks one year of trying without success, which means we’re technically infertile but I’m not giving up hope.
Duran Duran is still does it for me. I miss the New Wave days something awful.
I love books. Some of my favorite authors are Minette Walters, John Harvey, Alison G. Taylor, Stephen King, Peter Straub, Glenn Meade, Shirley Jackson and Robert Parker.
Maine has always fascinated me and it still astonishes me sometimes that I actually live here.
That said, I want to move back to Seattle.
I have a fat, swipey, bitey cat named Nellie. I love her.
The smell of beets and the taste of bleu cheese make me gag.
I’m a registered democrat.
I’m not a prolific diarist, but I’m working on it.
